yes i believe it is standard (not sure this is in debate?), no confusion between dot points and later description. I think FMG use to have pretty large forward sales, where cash is recieved and then product delivered in later months/quarters

you mean as in never make it at all? if it takes longer than planned i'm sure there's interest or something that would start acruing, but you'd just deliver when available, earlier the better, could be any number of mechanism that kick in to protect buyer
