pretty simple no trust left & most of us need multiples higher for break even, all this shows is how easy it is if they want to get the price up but how impossible they've made it for holders for years, same type of patterns before all placements, we have that 1% of hope they may actually get this going then it falls to shit instantly with a major diluted placement, we've been through a identical rally late nov 2016 hit .03 within 2 weeks was low 1's again, they destroyed it with a cheap placement, oct 2019 hit 2.4 with weeks was high 1's, followed by low 1's month later, so until this breaks 3's & holds, they raise at a real price & stop diluting everyone out for nothing, start major exploration drilling, real support bidding comes in over 3's, it's pretty hard to believe this will keep going, more then happy to be wrong & holders get a break after years of nothing
