Not quite ASX360.
The deal states 75% acceptance so 50% of shareholders needed aftre their deal with the board.
VPE go to 19.9% leaves them short by 5.1% or 40 mill shares which I would have thought won;t be a problem.
If VPE burst thru 20% and go for compulsory takeover then its game on as BPT will have to counter if they want ITC that is.
