    Can any one clarify this question?

    Beach only physically holds 40 odd million ITC.

    What they have is only an OPTION over a further 133mill.

    Are they still able to buy on market until they physically reach 19.9%

    I want to rule out beach as the person buying up big at these levels...if we can..it means the game is still on..
