It beats me - when VPE bt 10% at 6.5 , I rushed in & bt a packet at the same price expecting a bid.But the price languished down to below 5 & if VPE were serious they could have bt. the coy. probably below 8.25. Fortunately I bt. a large packet at 5.1 show a decent profit. Surely VPE will make a bid at say 10 , if only to stymy the " independent " people who will be biassed towardssaying the offer is " fair" if they hope to get an further business of this type.
