When I got my first real job in 1981, I *should have* thrown all my money on the stockmarket, plus gear to the hilt.
By mid-1987 I *should have* sold out of equities and all my profits plus anyhing the banks *would have* lent to me *would be* in property because *it was about* to double in the next 18 months.
By late 1988 I *should have* moved into cash because both property and equities *would* underperform and I *would have* been cleaning up on high cash interest rates.
By 1994, I *would have* been back in the stockmarket fully geared right up to 2000 prior to the tech wreck.
I *would have* then rolled over all my profits into property until 2003, because the stockmarket *would* start a new bull market.
Clearly, I will pull out of the stockmarket prior to the next correction, because we all know when that will happen, dont we ?

*If* I had done all of the above, I *would have* amassed a fortune of $12.1 billion.

Which can only mean one thing.
I would have far more important things to do with my time than writing articles for a cr*ap mag like the Bulletin
