My guess would be a large shareholder is reducing holding, or somehow Aja is linked with the Japanese stock market, which dropped about 20% recently.
I am still happy with Aja, with the operational cash flow yield at over 10%, and Japanese property price recovering, Aja is almost as good as my investment properties in the US. :)
The big risk is the devaluation of yen, however, Aussie dollar seems to be dropping even faster than yen at the moment.
I am short of cash at the moment, otherwise will be buying more.
