Msg , I wonder if directors participated in the placement in any way .This really doesn't make sense .I paid $1-80 for my last lot of stock .I sure as hell wouldn't have done that if I knew a 10 million dollar placement was coming at $1-25 .It is common for stock prices to fall to pacement issue prices .The market wasn't informed , there shouldn't have been any on-market trading during the offer period of the placement & the shareholders should have been made aware . Proper disclosure should have occured .
