Yes FP are recommending SAE, but to be honest the way they are representing it in the snippett you posted is somewhat misleading in my opinion (as far as FP implying that they 'picked the recent increase)

The original buy recommendation was months ago at a price of 59c or thereabouts. They then recommended buying again not so long ago in the 30's.

So whilst SAE is up 67% in recent weeks; members who bought on the initial rec are still underwater, despite the recent increase.

The other two they are talking about are CVN and TAP
