I am of the opinion CVN has been in a range of 50c - 60c, which is 100% ahead of where it sat for 6 months, only one year ago. Admittedly stocks were on their knees back then but it is still a healty gain on those days. The trend to me is mostly stable within that range. I don't consider the spike to 86c+ to be indicative of a downtrend to where we ar now.
Perhaps i am a glass half full shareholder.
Reserves are up, debt is non existant and future growth options are being acquired.
Their shortfall on production expectations are disappointing, but one solid discovery could change that very rapidly - if it happened.
I just cant seem to understand why they don't have another rig to increase production, while maintaining new drilling ventures. But i am a mere investor, and am happy to entrust far better minds than mine to run the company.
