Don't know about the 17-18 line, I think it will be depend on the timing and content of the Tibotec announcement.

I think they put far too much importance on the FP recommendation. Over the last month, they have made several buy recommendations and the stock price barely moved. In addition, the newsletter was released after the close the day where the sp went up 20%.

Anyway, the content of the FP newsletter made sense, and hopefully the Tibotec announcement will exceed market expectations.
