Look to mzi on costs similar grades iluka has rutile and limonite.
This now values cse at 22 mil, look to mzi which should have 20 mil profit and a mc of 36 mil so I really think cse is a sell on this aquasition. It's only an opinion but paying way to much for the tenement in a time when zircon rutile and leomonite is going down in price and are a hard sell. Good luck it's never nice to hear stuff like this so will only post it once and won't keep putting it down .
