Think the analysts thought the CSM deal a bit of a bold one for TTY (ie too big for it to deal with) and that is why they were predicting a drop in SP. Very often happens after an acquisition the market is not sure about.
However now, CSM has pretty well said no and the deal most likely won't go through , hopefully the SP need not drop.
