Only 1 out of 10 Directors had shares, i.e Mr Stancliffe the chairman, had 190,000 shares, both direct and indirect holdings), there are 439 Million on issue. Nine 9 directors did not believe in their own company, and whilst speaking of directors, 10 of them running a small company??? a bit rich.
