It is with deep regret that we inform the market that an employee at OZ Mineral’s
Sepon LXML site in Laos was tragically killed yesterday evening as a result of a
lightning strike while working on the installation of a radio tower.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family, friends and work colleagues and
our thoughts are with them during this sad time.
OZ Minerals will, of course, be conducting a full investigation into this incident.
