Granted. Some good points there wickerman. Yes well I guess the global economic downturn will bite somewhat but Im not sure for how long. In terms of worry that after the Olympics that things will be different in China, well only time will tell. I seem to remember those same sentiments with the approach of our Olympics, but 8 years on ( hasnt that gone quick? ) we dont see that many empty apps in Sydney despite the fact that construction didnt seem to deminish a great deal. In fact the glut of real estate went relatively quickly. Back to China. As I said, there are the provinces also, but you raise some valid points. Time will tell.
