until the formal announcement at ASX the discussuion are continuing, the no body knows the detail except the top guy, the old saying which confirmed by late Rene Ruvikin that once the take over or interested party showed hand you can bet it will not be the last one on the talbe. In the meantime whatever guess work is just that, and it is too risky to short a hot demand commodity like iron ore, unless you have inside knowledge then???
