In the recent past I have read a number of negative articles on FMG with the main purpose of downgrading the SP. A common problem for all these articles that any significantly reduced target price or DPS like in the referred article is not supported by any argument or how the projected SP or DPS has been derived.
What I have found from the past, even very famous brokers can’t properly predict the IOP even 1 year ahead. So all projected figures for the next 3-4 years in the referred article is an absolute rubbish.
If the brokers are brave, they should indicate their open short position on this stock.
