Hi, I think?? it must be related to the terms of this debt and the pull back related to any takeover of the company, and this debt therefor being bought out at face value/at the issue price of $100. Something like that. If you deal in bonds call your bond guy, or just call FIIG and someone there will be fine to explain it even if you aren't a client. Cheers, C.
