I don’t get it if there is a risk of no deal wouldn’t price go up above 100 as then the hybrid would continue and not be bought out? Maybe just margin calls and people liquidating everything? No quite enough value there atm but if it falls to about 95 or lower could be good arbitrage, Personally I don’t know enough about the risks so that is when reward for me would start being interesting.
