We need to give the receivers some time to do their thing, there is little we can do other than keep the idea of a class action in the lime light, contacting the media for example to get some momentum behind the idea. how much effort you want to put in will dictate whether you do anything.
you could contact the major shareholders about the idea of taking a class action and see if one will back it.

then we just wait as we are basically powerless.
