That's a fair challenge but I'd never pretend to have 'the answer' to what's gone oh-so-wrong throughout the Middle East and particularly today with the conflict between Netanyahu's Regime and Hamas.

As a pacifist who practices democratic values and treasures democratic processes it's my opinion that 'the answer' includes those things listed below:
. The status of Palestinians was corrupted by the UK and the USA a hundred years ago so that conflict, intolerance and hatred have fermented for many decades now - we need to recognise that the slaughter of civilians by Netanyahu's Regime is generating fear, loathing and hatred among those young Palestinians who survive the dislocation, the deceit, the treachery, to losses, the pain, the suffering, the grief, the torture, the US missiles, the US bombs, the US shells and the lack of basic respect for human life so fundamental to how the IDF and the USA conduct themselves.
. The lives and welfare of children must come first, second, third and always. It's distressing to note that the slaughter rate for children in Gaza is eight times worse than that for Ukraine.
. Access to basic human needs must not be denied to civilians as a tactic for engaging with military enemies - starvation, malnutrition, disease, denial of access to medicines, basic sanitation, caring for the wounded, ...
. Truth-telling by all parties involved: accurate and timely maps, data, documents, records of deaths, hospitalisations, military missions undertaken ...
. Respect / cherishing the role of investigative reporting - no state imposed censorship or killing of journalists.
. Major players including the USA, Germany and Iran should not be exacerbating the conflict between Netanyahu's Regime and Hamas.
. The establishment of a Palestinian state by the UN and continuation of a dynamic Israelis state are essential to 'peaceful coexistence' of Israelis and Palestinians and greater stability / future prospects for the entire Middle East.
. The ICC, the ICJ and UNSC must be provided with the 'teeth' to act fearlessly and without favour against those found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity as well as those guilty of complicity.
. It should NOT be an option for any one party to torpedo ceasefires / truces / solutions - if Netanyahu refuse to engage decision must be made for the Region without his input. If he then thumbs his nose at those decisions - crippling global sanctions against Israel similar to those imposed on Cuba will be required.
