From Fat today regarding Copperco

"Questionable Merger with MinSec"

Implied value of offer was 1.43 per Minsec share but given current share price of Copperco, the value per Minsec share is currently only 1.00.

They say CUO shareholders, given recent commissioning of Lady Annie, would be giving away alot of their upside and nearly all of their leverage if they merge into a larger company.

They hope propesed merger does not go through. Meeting to be held late March to decide.

Questions if anyone can answer:

When is the meeting? It sounds like its not a done deal, is this true? If not, given the low CUO share price, what is the lieklyhood of the deal going through?
