Roughly that seems fair.
I would however caution that when adding from the 3P one notes the highly progressive nature of the Thai windfall taxes (SRB). Since the 3P is from the same permit I might suggest taking a third on them (FP suggestion), but only placing say USD10/bbl on them.
That is very rough, but result is only a little above current price.
Whilst I of course look forward to further great returns from CVN, I do believe recent trading range fair.
I expect great drilling results to continue, and for management to continue to add projects and value, but do not expect much of this to be reflected in current sp. If you want to buy virtual oil or financial hocus pocus you'd be best with AED or BNB, LOL.
