Whilst we are talking partnerships and take overs one that hasnt been mentioned as yet (correct me if i am wrong i might have missed that post) is the PerkinElmer all cash offer to acquire RHS. T/o value of around 250M.
Not a huge one but not comparable to Cymerus tech either.
