it is possible that trump has swollen ankles .. mmm the great fatso has the same problem .. it is called EDEMA (or oedema)... the solution is to go for a barefoot walk in the park, which increases the blood circulation .. and the swelling migrates to where it is more beneficial (watso throws away his blue pills) ...
oh .. and increased blood circulation to the brain would assist trump from making some silly comments (as below) ...
