1 thing is for sure - they are vermin and are the scum of humanity. They seek to prey on the innocent by inflicting terror through the community. BUT...ask yourself how we have gotten to this stage. Once we have figured out how we've gotten to where we are, we can backtrack and find out how to address the REAL BLOODY ISSUES at hand.
