There's absolutely no way that a controlled study of HCQ use on COVID-19 infected individuals can create a predictive model of 2.9billion people. There are far too many variables to account for between countries such as population density including sub variables like age and high risk people, implemented restrictions/preventative measures, health care and medical infrastructure etc.
