Problem is... nothing is never done on time, announcements never seem to come, placements are always done at mates rates and management promise so much and deliver so little.

Have been with VIL for longer than most, how Andy is still in a job is beyond me.

Shareholders need some of what is always promised or alluded to, to actually happen!
