very well put, TU from me. I think you summed up pretty much every villians thoughts regarding FP for the last year...

I have noticed that they have stopped saying potentially farm out and now say farm out meaning thats the decision they are going for.

I always thought the delay's might be due to mgmt hopeing results from a well will boost the SP high enough for VIL to keep their full interest.

However now it seems more likely that they cant seem to land the deal they want.

More concerning than FP is the delay in SD flow rates.

We all know with our history what a delay in flow rates means.
