What happened to the Fausse Point update?

At the end of Jan they released an announcement that stated,

"The Company will be working closely with the operator (Golden Gate Petroleum Ltd) on the close out of the interpretation and the detailed drilling planning for the side-track of the Fausse Point discovery well TGR#1. This work is planned to commence in the next week and a detailed cost estimate for the proposed activities will be finalised over the next few weeks."

So where are we now? It's been months since that announcement.
They're quick to raise money for supposed activities for FP, but we do not see any progress!
Once again, next dish out of shares to SI's will state that funds are required for FP, how much money do they want, its starting to cost more than what its worth to SH's
