no idea where you got that from. for a start i cant see the govt providing loans to anyone to buy shares, least of all overseas investors. not sure who has been smoking what to come up with that theory.
secondly overseas investors are not entitled to the bonus share or the retail discount. they only go to Australian resident retail investors.
