Sorry, I didn't word that properly. In regards to flight cancellation I don't mean they have already booked the flight and decide to later cancel. Which would result in a cancellation fee. Rather I mean, they put off flying altogether, which is increasingly the case now. With many airports around the world largely empty.
Volume incentive receivables is forecasted based on historical data and actual ticketed data from external sources, as noted in the excerpt. It is like saying you expect x amount of revenue this year, because you had x amount of revenue last year. Although I can guarantee that COVID-19 was not included in their forecasting model.
