PS: If you are not aware of the long list of exclusions that travel insurance has always included, you should probably get more familiar.
PPS: I wonder if fears about the dangerous world might make (some) people more inclined to use a traditional travel agent, when they get the courage to start travelling again?
PPPS: I wonder how Helloworld (HLO) will fare in all of this. They operate at on margins that are tiny(*) compared to FLT, but they transact about 50% of FLT's level (TTV) in Australia & NZ. That's a lot of TTV for FLT, should HLO not last the distance.
* Last I checked (up to FY19) HLO had about 50% of FLT's (incl NZ) TTV, but only had about 30% the operating income.
