Adam Gleser’s actions and the class action depend on the legality of the $300 AUD cancellation fee.
I guess it all depends on whether FLT can charge such a fee in the circumstances of the Wuhan virus?
I do not know the legality of the fee but if the Court finds against FLT, it could be the end of FLT IMHO.
