I only know enough to be a danger to myself in that area (lol). I do have a vague recollection that Voluntary Administration in Australia might share some similar features to US Chapter XI. Can't recall what I read to form that germ of an idea, though...
In any case, I think the prospect of a class action re- the deeply unpopular $300 cancellation policy (wrt to current travel bans) warrants maintaining a watching brief from a risk perspective.
