An Update To Our Change & Cancellation Policy
The health, safety and support of customers is our top priority. As this extraordinarily complex situation has unfolded and escalated, particularly over the past month, we have been in contact with the ACCC* to outline our position and to better understand any concerns.

We have now made amendments to our fee policy in line with customer feedback, to provide you with more flexible options. We appreciate your feedback - positive and negative - and we thank you for your patience.

Q: What are the new cancellation fees?

Our cancellation policy has changed and we will now be applying a cap of $600 to any international booking (previously $300 per person) and $100 per booking for domestic travel (previously $50 pp), regardless of the number of people in the booking.

These fees are only charged if you wish to receive a refund on your booking. If you choose to keep the money as a credit with Flight Centre, this credit will be valid until at least 31 December 2021. If at that time you are unable to use the credit and choose to have your money refunded, we will gladly action this, and no fees will be charged.
