Easy: EPS pre-covid19 is $2.89, 97% dilution after CAP, EPS now $1.47 if back to normal, which SP would be $35-$40. Assume only achieve 60% recovery next year, the expected eps $0.8, which is a target about $14-$16 per share. CITI, JP Morgain , UBS etc all have target sp $12.5-$15.5, which I believe pretty much the same assumption.
