favour from holders

I have a favour to ask those that are holders in this stock.

Basically the guy from the Diggers and Drillers newsletter asked his subscribers (yes, I am one) to send him any recommendations for "under the radar" gold stocks. He is looking to tip one in his next newsletter. For those unaware he has a large 10K plus subscriber list and his tips often go mental to say the least.

So, being a fan of good old Beadell, I sent him the following:

If you are looking at under the radar ASX listed Gold stocks then I personally think one you should look at is Beadell Resources (BDR):

1. They have two main projects:

a) Tucano in Brazil which has a 4.3Moz JORC and are continuing to prove up to the "magical" 5Moz mark; Note that these tenements are apparently unique in that they also have some Fe banding. This is being proven by Anglo American who own a neighbouring mine and Fe royalties could reduce the cost per ounce by up to US120 per ounce (from an article by Tim Treadgold in the Eureka Report 7/2/11)

b) Tropicana East which is delivering some fantastic drilling results such as there last drilling report on 5/1/11 of:

• 15m @ 24.8 g/t (including 5m @ 70.0 g/t)
• 19 @ 12.1 g/t (including 5m @ 39.7 g/t)
• 3m @ 11.6 (including 1m @ 32.7 g/t)

Note that they recently had to suspend drilling at Tropicana East due to rain.

2. They are due to produce the BFS sometime this month.

3. Market cap of <500m @ current prices; 52 week range of 0.14 - 0.88. Currently trading around 75c. Relatively high volumes are traded which is important to be considered for one of your picks ;-) those spikes after recommendations are mighty impressive! [ed note I sent this on Friday last week]

4. Same management team that grew Agincorp from nothing and sold to Oxiana before the GFC. Oz Minerals is one of the major shareholders. Peter Bowler (the MD) is a proven operator.

Plenty more there for you to look at.
