looking thru the thread made me smile. i suppose that is what music is really all about. I have a close association with the annandale and have seen the best bands in the world play there over the years. One of the most memorable shows was when Harry Vanda got up and played with Jet. The Vines crashing and burning was a night to remember. The Melvins. John Bultler. Living End. Frenzel. etcetc etc In march they have a band called The Drones are playing, who i think are one of the best and then in April there is a band called Eddie Current Suppersion Ring who are the most unassumming guys with the best sound around right now. All indie stuff that isnt everyones cup of tea but music is cool.
