RMS has $70mil in the bank and a resource of around 140,000 ounces which after costs might return $80m giving a total of $150m. Their current market cap is about $150m.
So where is the upside? Is it the belief that the management is so good that they will use this money earned from gold sales so well to create wealth that will increase the market cap.
Or is it the feeling amongst punters that there is more gold in Wattle Dam and that will reward holders more than the projected 140K ounces?
Are there any other conclusions to draw? How else can RMS deliver to shareholders?
