Home made thin base (made in breadmaker), Five Brothers tomato and garlic sauce, thinly sliced roma tomatoes, basil leaves and bocconchini cheese (fresh or preserved) Drizzle a little olive oil over pizza before popping into oven. Yumm...
Have pestered hubby to build a wood-fired oven but he is convinced we would burn the place down. Will check out the one mentioned previously.
