Simple, even I can do it. Chop up your vegetables - carrot, celery, potato, whatever you want Partly pan fry some chopped up gravy beef and let it cool on some paper towel. Shove it all in a saucepan and add beef stock of your choice. I find Aldi's beef stock is fine. Let it simmer until you think it's done to your taste, but don't overdo the vegetables. Enjoy.
