Potato soup:
Fry the following
1 tablespoon butter.
1 cup leek.
Then add the following and simmer until cooked:
500 gm diced potatoes.
1 l stock.
Blend, longer if you prefer it to be like glue.
Reheat with ¾ cup cream and some potato flour if desired.
