Some one said about sending emails to CTP.
"Emails are a waste of time ,as they are instantly deleted, however written letters are not . They sit in front of the person they are addressed to , perhaps a change of tactics to get the message over."
Your right and if you fax them , they are automatically converted to a PDF and sent on to all Directors and senior managers "
