jsoho/others: Same as you, jsoho, I do speak French quite fluently (after all, I learned French years before I learned English...). BUT: This interview is NOT in French.
Regardless, it is good to see the Senegalese government getting "into the act" of saying things - after all there is NO "tight hole" policy for African governments....
I am happy to read that some of the posters here on the FAR board have been around since the pre-Eagle days! And then through that disappointment off-shore Senegal when SHELL walked away etc. etc. - a lenghty story indeed. And now - hopefully - with a very happy ending!? Time will tell.
Very pleasing - I assume - for everyone that stayed the course during all these years!
