I've been thinking about this - the huge buys in KAH and the lack of announcement from large shareholder changes. The conspiracy theorist in me would suggest that KAH could be buying back shares at inflated prices to encourage EXT holders to vote yes to the merger... Does anyone know if KAH would be obliged to inform the market of a share buyback?
