Well as you sound like the expert you may well want to contact AEE and let them know they're going about it all wrong!

Perhaps AEE and IOT have collaborately overcome stability problems, engineering out and eliminating the need for a flybar?

I am not a drone builder / expert in this field, I am just basing comment on the info/image provided.
Presumably this is all anyone else can do too, unless you were privileged to be in attendance.
