When the FBI finds "Top Secret" documents which need to be photographed as evidence and said evidence will by necessity be shown to people without Top Secret clearance, they make the content of those documents non-visible. In this case by putting a cover sheet over the documents. In fact the special agents with Top Secret clearance will have done this so that other agents, photographers etc couldn't see the top secret material as it was being gathered from around the property being searched.
And no, any idiotic claim that the documents were found right there on the floor and spread out like that is equally ignorant. Like any drug bust etc they gather all the seized materials and put them in a pile / group to show the sum of the seized materials. Do you think all those FBI photos of captured weapons, drugs etc in other cases were all found fitting out in the open on the kitchen table? This is standard practice for photographs for public release. Detailed photos of the evidence in its original condition aren't released publicly for obvious reasons.
Top Secret includes everything from the subject on the title page to the full content. Remember that a document entitled "Operation X - Plan to destroy xxx" is just to sensitive as some of the content.
Some moron claiming that this is somehow evidence tampering is about as stupid as can be imagined. Its seems these days people with absolutely no knowledge whatsoever can create a youtube video claiming its all a conspiracy and it will appeal to others with a similar level of understanding.

Absolutely correct.
It's a shame that the media did not make it clear that the leaked photo was entirely staged. That may have inadvertently led to a whole bunch of embarrassingly false claims about Trumpy scattering the documents on the floor.
All good now though, good work Judge Cannon.
