As you say, she is still likely in a lot of trouble.

All Comey said was he hasn't changed his mind that no reasonable prosecutor would currently accept the case. Fair enough, I'm sure they won't, unless there is suicidal one, but the they wouldn't be 'reasonable'. Logical. As you were.
